2nd week

Hola and salam....

it's 2nd week already..hahaha and i'm still shocked with the all these things related with the technology and the software...

but as a student i have to try them right??? alright...this 2nd week Pn.Foziah had told and introduce also make us clear about this subject ..she have introduce us about 5 models which is:-

# Internet and competence skills
# Photo editing skills
# Video editing skills
# Audio editing skills
# Software for ESL skills.

all of those model really makes me excited because i really want to learn about that before this but seem do not have enough time to learn about it i just postponed and Alhamdulillah through this subject i will learn them and i want to do the best to acquire all those things..heheh

Next new things that had exposed to me is about

1). MOYEA-download and arrange web videos from YouTube, Google Video, Fox and other more video-sharing websites ,convert videos, displays videos on playlist for quick selection,publish videos with player on webpage with sample code,etc



b)Windows Live Skydrive: Give 25GB of free online storage.

wow..Pn Foziah really technology savy...she know every single things about technology..i'm so impressed with her because eventhough her age makes me wonder how she really cope with the technology..but thats is Pn Foziah... about windows Live skydrive...i like the new born baby that do not know anything about it...so i have to learn more with her..

3rd things that i have learned is about touch typing skill.It is typing without looking at the keyboard. I always hope that I can be the touch typing master but until now I still need to look at the keyboard when typing even though the speed is faster now.

There are some rules to master touch typing:

• Firstly sit up straight and make sure your head is parallel with the monitor.

• Remember to keep your fingers on the home row. Place your left index fingers on alphabet ‘F’ and the right index finger on the alphabet ‘G’.This is the border for the movement of left and right fingers during typing.
• Curve your fingers, wrists up and elbows by your side.
• Finally and the important one is you need a lot practice because practice makes perfect.

After that we were asked to answer questionnaires. The purposes of the questionnaires were to know the level of our competency in using the applications and to get information about usual background such as name, address and website address. For me, the questionnaires were really useful because it made me realize about the available software and applications that I never used before. There are a lot to backup so that I can be a good 21^st century .

at the end of the session, i have learned many new things...and really can't wait for the next class..
